About the role
Join the vibrant team at Hemingway’s, a beloved Yorkville restaurant known for its rooftop patio and lively atmosphere. As a full‑time Dishwasher, you will play a crucial part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and supporting the back‑of‑house operations.
Key responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Communicate with the chef and BOH team to ensure timely service.
- Assist wherever needed to maintain a seamless workflow.
Required profile
- Previous dishwashing experience.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and dependable.
- Willingness to work late nights and weekends.
