About the role
We are looking for a motivated cook to join our team at Prairie Asian Bistro. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of international dishes in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of cooking experience.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, on‑call and day work.
Required skills
- Safe Food Handling (certified).
- Ability to prepare international cuisine dishes.
