Full-Time Cook

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare food according to corporate standards, ensuring consistent quality and safety for our guests. The role offers an hourly rate of $21.5, with final compensation based on skills, experience and internal equity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, pre‑cook and cook food products as directed.
• Set up and maintain mise en place for high‑volume production.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment following health and safety policies.
• Label, date, store and rotate food and beverage items correctly.
• Communicate effectively with operational departments and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a restaurant or prep cook.
• Food Safety Certification (required).
• Certificate from a recognized cooking school.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
