Full-time Cook – Evening/Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at FanJiangHu Hotpot & Chinese BBQ in Winnipeg. This permanent, full‑time position offers flexible shift options, including evenings, days and weekends, and is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience in food services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hotpot and Chinese BBQ dishes according to established recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Work assigned shifts, which may include evenings, days, and weekends.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a food‑service environment.
• Availability to work evening, day and weekend shifts.
• Proficiency in English or French as required by the posting.
• Legal right to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques specific to hotpot and BBQ.
• Operation of standard kitchen equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
