Full-time Baker – Permanent Position

About the role

Join Cinnaholic Winnipeg as a full‑time baker, responsible for creating a variety of sweet and savory baked goods that meet our high quality standards. This permanent role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced bakery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies needed for production.
• Bake mixed dough and batters, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Handle special orders and customize products to meet customer specifications.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Operate bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain inventory, tracking stock levels and ordering as required.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods within the store.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of bakery or food‑preparation experience.
• Participation in a government or community youth‑employment program is a plus.
