Full Stack Website Developer

About the role

The Full Stack Website Developer will join Sienna’s Digital Marketing team to maintain and evolve the company’s web presence. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, you will ensure the organization’s websites are accurate, functional, and ready for AI‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, layouts, and functionality in live production environments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and external vendors to support campaigns, lead generation, and functional enhancements.
• Perform quality assurance testing across browsers, devices, and platforms before and after publishing.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA) and address any gaps.
• Identify and resolve broken links, layout issues, and content errors.
• Implement WordPress best practices, semantic markup, and schema updates to support traditional search and AI‑driven discovery.

Required profile

• Experience working with website maintenance, content management systems, and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to test and validate changes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and accessibility compliance.
