Full Stack Developer

About the role

Fortinet is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the FortiSASE team, a SaaS‑based service that delivers secure network and security functions with WAN capabilities. You will work on building and maintaining APIs for the web‑based interface that customers use to configure their FortiSASE deployments and integrate them into the customer‑facing portal.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain API functionality in a Python‑based backend.
• Integrate backend services with a TypeScript‑based frontend.
• Translate UX mockups into Angular web components using HTML, CSS/SCSS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Develop integrations between FortiSASE and other Fortinet products.
• Create tooling to streamline the daily development workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Python and REST API development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (SCSS).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerised development environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
