Full-Stack Developer & IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Full‑Stack Developer who will also provide IT support for our St. Marys manufacturing facility. You will primarily build the front‑end of a custom in‑house platform that spans Master Data, Sales/CRM, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, HR and AI‑driven features, while also stepping into back‑end tasks as the project evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement clean, functional user interfaces for the new platform.
• Collaborate with the back‑end developer to integrate front‑end and server‑side components.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliable releases.
• Assist with AI feature integration and data‑driven enhancements.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support: set up workstations, enforce security policies, and train staff on new tools.
• Maintain existing internal applications and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• Strong interest in full‑stack development with the ability to switch between front‑end and back‑end work.
• Self‑motivated and able to take ownership of user experience and platform quality.
• Good communication skills to support staff and explain technical concepts.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
