Front‑End Developer (React)

About the role

Highspring is seeking a Front‑End Developer with strong React expertise to join a delivery squad focused on large‑scale digital modernization projects. You will help migrate capabilities, evolve customer‑facing experiences, and deliver high‑quality web applications on ambitious timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive user interfaces using React (hooks) and modern front‑end patterns.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Integrate and consume REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Maintain clean code through peer reviews, refactoring, and adherence to team standards.
• Support state‑management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
• Improve developer experience by creating reusable components, tooling, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective teamwork in delivery‑focused settings.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
