Front Store Supervisor – Part‑Time Flexible Shifts

About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in Winnipeg and help deliver health, beauty and convenience services to the community. As a Front Store Supervisor you will oversee cash, cashier and merchandising functions while keeping the customer at the centre of every action.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service functions, including cash handling, cashier performance and merchandising.
• Ensure staff comply with store policies, train cashiers and merchandisers, and provide ongoing guidance.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards, manage daily cash‑office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues such as refunds or exchanges, and promote the CSI survey.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves, proper product rotation and set‑up/take‑down of displays.
• Uphold housekeeping, store image, health‑and‑safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Perform clerical, banking and occasional cashier duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinker with problem‑solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organised, efficient time‑management and computer literacy.
• Good knowledge of store products and supplies.
