Front Store Supervisor – Evening (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Front Store Supervisor works evenings to ensure smooth operations of a Shoppers Drug Mart location in Shediac. You will lead cashiers and merchandisers, uphold loss‑prevention standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Train, guide and monitor cashiers and merchandisers, ensuring compliance with store policies.
• Manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures.
• Maintain store image by enforcing uniform policy and presenting a professional appearance.
• Answer product inquiries, handle rainchecks, refunds and exchanges, and promote the CSI Survey.
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and properly rotated; set up and take down product displays as directed.
• Ensure housekeeping, health‑and‑safety, and loss‑prevention standards are met.
• Perform occasional clerical, banking, and cashier duties when needed.

Required profile

• Computer literate with efficient time‑management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of store products and supplies.
