Front Office Manager – Hilton Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at our Hilton property in North Toronto. The role is the face of the hotel, responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, train, and motivate front office staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Engage with guests daily, address feedback promptly, and implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee daily front office operations, including check‑in/check‑out, room inventory management, and billing accuracy.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and foster an inclusive, supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel front office setting.
• Experience with Hilton brands and property management systems is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure.
