Front Office Guide – Guest Experience

About the role

The Front Office Guide creates memorable guest experiences by handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and warmth. You will be the first point of contact, embodying the brand’s caring culture and sustainability focus.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, complete check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately.
• Process payments, manage room charges, deposits and billing inquiries.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, dining, local attractions and transportation.
• Handle guest requests, concerns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other departments for seamless stays.
• Respond to guest communications via phone, email and service platforms.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow safety, security and privacy procedures.
• Support group arrivals, special events and promote sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma; hospitality management education is an asset.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Strong numerical ability for cash handling and billing.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
