Front-End Engineer (React) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Front-End Engineer with strong React and TypeScript experience to create polished, app-like interfaces on top of Airtable data. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with product managers and solutions consultants to turn business workflows into production-ready UI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build Airtable Custom Interfaces that act as interactive front-ends for structured data.
• Develop end-to-end UI features using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, reusable components, ensuring performance and edge-case handling.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and connect the front-end to various data sources via APIs.
• Define and maintain UI patterns and component libraries to accelerate delivery.
• Ship features iteratively, incorporate feedback quickly, and communicate primarily in English.

Required profile

• Proven experience building responsive, production-grade React applications.
• Comfortable writing and maintaining typed codebases with TypeScript.
• Strong UI engineering mindset with attention to loading states, performance and polish.
• Ability to read SDK documentation and integrate external APIs independently.
• Understanding of data models and how data flows from back-end to UI.
• Clear written communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
