Front-End Developer – Shopify eCommerce (8‑month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Front‑End Developer to join our eCommerce team on an 8‑month contract. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will help design, build and optimise the Shopify Plus storefront for Saje.com and Saje.ca, delivering a seamless online experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Shopify Plus theme using Liquid and JavaScript, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Translate product road‑maps and project goals into clear technical tasks and deliver production‑ready features.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers and other developers to audit the site and implement enhancements that improve core KPIs.
• Provide technical support within an agile, cross‑functional team and contribute to the full lifecycle of front‑end development.
• Research new eCommerce technologies, share best practices and support data‑driven proof‑of‑concept pilots.
