About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Toronto involves greeting clients, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, and maintaining a professional, welcoming clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and handle check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Answer multi‑line phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Provide information about services, clinic policies, and insurance coverage.
• Process direct billing, payments, and verify insurance as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records using Booker clinic management software.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.
• Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth daily scheduling.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with diverse clientele.
• Solid receptionist and clerical experience, preferably in a medical or wellness setting.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in administration or healthcare is an asset.
