Front Desk Agent – Hospitality

About the role

Join Compass Group Canada as a Front Desk Agent in Fort McMurray, providing essential guest services in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Take, cancel, and modify room reservations.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• Handle guest complaints and claims with professionalism.
• Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
• Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients with special needs.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and report information to the supervisor.

Required profile
