French Bilingual B2B Customer Success Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a French‑bilingual B2B Customer Success Coordinator to deliver an outstanding experience for our executive clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, sales, logistics and operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and proactive support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the B2B email inbox of the President and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Conduct post‑installation and delivery satisfaction follow‑ups.
• Coordinate orders across Sales, Logistics and Operations to guarantee accurate, on‑time delivery.
• Monitor commercial accounts, follow up on outstanding invoices and payment deadlines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in Zoho CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Identify and propose improvements to the customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service experience.
• Professional fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
