Framer/Carpenter – Construction Specialist

About the role

Royal Villa Homes & Constructions Ltd is seeking a motivated Framer/Carpenter to join its Edmonton team. You will work on residential projects, turning blueprints into solid structures while ensuring quality and safety on site.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub‑flooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
• Schedule and coordinate work on site, supervising other workers as needed.
• Estimate material quantities and costs for each project.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant on‑site experience.
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced construction environment.
