Founding Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform and needs a high‑performing hunter to own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing. As the Founding Enterprise Account Executive you will shape the sales motion, expand the US footprint and turn qualified interest into closed deals and long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for mid‑market and enterprise prospects, including discovery, demos and closing.
• Convert inbound, founder‑sourced and outbound leads into closed‑won deals.
• Partner closely with founders on early sales calls while ramping to independence.
• Qualify accounts, map stakeholders and build ROI‑driven business cases.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and deal notes.
• Provide feedback on messaging, objections, pricing and deal stalls.
• Collaborate with Product to relay customer insights and ensure strong post‑close handoff.
• Identify expansion opportunities and nurture early customers into long‑term accounts.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an Account Executive selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Background as an SDR/BDR, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; early‑stage startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong discovery and demo skills, clear communicator able to translate complex products.
• Organized and process‑minded while remaining flexible.
