Food Services Manager – Toronto

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food Services Manager to lead daily operations at Richmond Station in Toronto. You will be responsible for budgeting, staff supervision, inventory control and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Supervise a team of 11‑15 employees, conduct training and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimise profitability.
• Enforce health, safety and Smart Serve regulations.
• Address customer complaints, provide service and manage special events.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or comparable diploma (1‑2 year program).
• 1‑2 years of experience in food service or restaurant management.
• Smart Serve certification.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, days, weekends and other shifts as needed.
