About the role
The Food Services Manager at A&W will lead daily food service operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction. This role oversees staff, schedules, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise and train staff members.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- At least 1 year but less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and pay attention to detail.
