About the role
The Food Services Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability and high-quality service. This role involves budgeting, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Plan and organize daily operations and set staff work schedules.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Availability for early morning, evening, shift work, weekends and overtime.
