About the role
We are looking for an experienced Food Services Manager to lead the daily operations of Dipped Donuts in Toronto. You will be responsible for budgeting, menu pricing, staff management and ensuring a safe, high-quality dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations and adjust food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget targets.
- Recruit, schedule, supervise and conduct performance reviews for staff.
- Determine service types, implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Organise and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering or facility use.
- Participate in marketing plan development and implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in food services or restaurant management.
- Organised, reliable, team‑player with the ability to multitask.
