About the role
We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant operations at Agra Sweets & Tandoori in Brampton. The role involves coordinating staff, managing supplies, and ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Establish work schedules and methods to meet operational demands.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies and oversee deliveries.
- Train and hire food service staff on duties, sanitation and safety.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise delivery of food trolleys and monitor inventory.
- Maintain a fast‑paced, physically demanding work environment.
Required profile
- Strong client focus with excellent oral communication.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced restaurant setting.
- Commitment to uphold sanitation and safety procedures.
