About the role
The Food Service Supervisor leads the daily operations of Panago’s fast‑food outlet in Fort St. John. You will ensure that food preparation, portioning, and service meet quality and safety standards while coordinating a small team of staff.
Key responsibilities
- Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities to meet service demands.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient needs, and maintain stock records.
- Supervise and train 3‑4 team members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor food quality, address customer complaints, and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Maintain records of sales, waste, repairs, and inventory.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year experience in a fast‑food or concession setting.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility, teamwork orientation, and willingness to work evenings, mornings, or flexible shifts.
