About the role
Pizza Pizza is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead its restaurant team in Beausejour, Manitoba. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring schedule efficiency, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain operational efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Availability to work various shifts including evening, morning, night, and day.
- Commitment to an inclusive workplace, providing awareness and cultural competency training for persons with disabilities, newcomers, youth, veterans, Indigenous workers, mature employees, and visible minorities.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
