About the role
We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join Church's Chicken in Brampton, ON. The role involves overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Establish work schedules.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Supervises 1 to 2 people.
- Public transportation is available.
- Works in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Shift work schedule.
