About the role
We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to lead our fast‑paced restaurant team in Winnipeg. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and create staff work rosters.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Keep records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
Required profile
