About the role
Join Wendy's Restaurant in Medicine Hat as a Food Service Supervisor, overseeing daily food preparation and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain compliance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, managing inventory levels.
- Ensure food quality and service meet established quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Establish and manage work schedules to align with operational needs.
Required profile
- No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in food service supervision.
- Availability to work various shifts including morning, evening, day and weekends.
