About the role
The Food Service Supervisor will lead a team that prepares and portions food at MANOHAR VEGETARIAN BAKERY. This role ensures that daily operations run smoothly, meet quality standards, and provide excellent service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods and work schedules to meet production targets.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities in food preparation and tray assembly.
- Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor food quality and service to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for the department.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Strong client focus, initiative, and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
