Food Service Supervisor

About the role

Tim Hortons is looking for a motivated Food Service Supervisor to lead the team at its Kingsway Mall location. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high quality standards, and provide an excellent experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
• Monitor food quality and service to meet control standards.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Establish and manage work schedules.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a food‑service or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, days, weekends.
• No specific degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Participation in government or community programs supporting diverse groups is welcomed.
