Food Service Supervisor (Full-time)

About the role

The Food Service Supervisor will lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food at a busy Tim Hortons location. This full‑time, permanent position ensures that food quality, service standards, and safety procedures are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
• Maintain quality control standards for food and service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Establish and manage work schedules, including morning, evening, day and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in food service or restaurant environment.
• Ability to train staff on sanitation and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, inventory and records.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality food and excellent customer service.
