Food Service Supervisor – Fast Food

About the role

The Food Service Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations at our fast‑food locations, overseeing food preparation, portioning, and service quality. You will lead a team, maintain safety standards, and address customer concerns to deliver a consistent dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a fast‑food or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
