Food Service Supervisor – Edmonton

About the role

The Food Service Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations at a Tim Hortons location in Edmonton. You will lead a team that prepares and portions food while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
• Monitor food quality and service to meet control standards.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Establish and manage work schedules, including morning, evening, day, and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a food‑service or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, days, and weekends.
• No formal education required.
