About the role
We are seeking a reliable Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KAR Foods Ltd in Whitehorse. The position involves serving customers, maintaining food stations and ensuring a clean, safe environment in a fast‑paced setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
- Take customers' orders.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
