About the role
We are looking for a Food Assembly Supervisor to oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensure quality standards, and manage staff schedules at our fast‑casual sandwich shop. The role involves coordinating daily operations, handling customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods and work schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Supervise assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Monitor progress of delivery schedules and invoice clients.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience supervising food assembly or similar operations.
- Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
