About the role
Join The Fort Pub & Grill in Edmonton as a Food and Beverage Server. You will be the front‑line host, greeting guests, presenting menus, and delivering a memorable dining experience in a lively pub and restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patrons, present menus and make recommendations.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages, including wine and drink selections.
- Describe menu items and daily specials to customers.
- Present bills and process payments (cash, credit, debit).
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral communication, organized and reliable.
- Team player with ability to stand for extended periods.
- Bondable and flexible for evenings, days and weekends.
