About the role
The Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor ensures safe, efficient production of food and beverage items while leading a team of operators. This role combines safety oversight, staff training, and production planning.
Key responsibilities
- Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare production and other operational reports.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other work units.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for shift or on‑call work and ability to start on the posted date.
