Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the role

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will lead daily F&B shift operations at our Quebec City location, ensuring compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and guest expectations. This role balances operational excellence with budget stewardship while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage shift activities and enforce all policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist with ordering of food, beverage, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
• Maintain and monitor the operating budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Coordinate monthly self‑inspection programs and oversee equipment functionality.
• Manage staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial goals.
• Lead cleaning programs across all F&B areas and recommend improvements.
• Promote the brand’s service culture and ensure all team members understand it.
• Communicate performance expectations, provide feedback, and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage or culinary experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and daily operations in a hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and legal obligations.
