Floor Manager – Full Time (Edmonton, West Edmonton Mall)

About the role

The Floor Manager leads client service, sales, visual merchandising and people management for the West Edmonton Mall store. You will ensure the store meets sales targets, delivers an exceptional customer experience and operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales generation by meeting minimum sales requirements and delivering the OAK+FORT sales culture.
• Provide exceptional client experiences, resolve complaints, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Manage cash desk operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
• Oversee floor management, stock placement, merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.
• Ensure compliance with company goals, operational excellence and visual standards.

Required profile

• Retail leadership or key‑holder experience.
• Strong customer service, sales and clienteling abilities.
• Proven ability to influence, coach and develop staff.
• Solid business acumen and results‑driven mindset.
• Adaptable, resourceful and focused on people development.
