Fleet Efficiency Program Manager

About the role

The Fleet Efficiency team is looking for a Program Manager to support the A220 commercial aircraft program. Based in Mirabel, near Montreal, you will work closely with the Service Customer organization to ensure safe, economical operation of the A220 fleet and to address operator needs.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Fleet Efficiency organization in program reviews with major suppliers, discussing risks, issues and highlighting Service Customer priorities.
• Participate in governance of A220 program changes and manage MISP & SISP projects from initiation to closure.
• Anticipate A220 operator requirements and proactively launch projects to support them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Service Customer team to provide seamless support to A220 operators.
• Contribute to cross‑functional collaboration and continuous learning within the Fleet Efficiency team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management.
• Background in customer service or support functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
