About the role
Join Marché St-Pierre et fils as a fishmonger in a busy retail environment. You will work directly with customers, preparing and presenting fresh fish and shellfish while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale.
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets according to customer specifications.
- Create attractive displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, days, weekends, and flexible shifts.
