Financial Services Representative – Client Banking

About the role

As a Financial Services Representative in the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast‑paced banking centre serving clients in Ile‑Perrot and surrounding areas. You will build trusted relationships, understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate banking, credit, investment and wealth‑protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with personal and business clients to assess their priorities and develop forward‑looking financial plans.
• Promote and cross‑sell cash‑management, credit, investment and wealth‑protection products that meet client needs.
• Participate in community marketing and outreach activities to strengthen client relationships.
• Introduce clients to mobile and digital banking tools, acting as a technology ambassador.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple banking centres to ensure seamless service delivery.
