Financial Analyst – Treasury Operations

About the role

Join Bell Canada’s Treasury Department as a Financial Analyst focused on Treasury Operations. You will support daily cash management, ensure accurate accounting of cash movements, and help maintain the financial health of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, record, and validate accounting entries for daily cash inflows and outflows.
• Support treasury operations, including payment preparation via banking platforms and the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Monitor bank account balances, investigate variances, and assist with short‑term cash forecasts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all treasury transactions.
• Assist with reconciliation of treasury‑related accounts and respond to internal reporting requests.
• Help maintain treasury procedures, operational documentation, and automated cash‑accounting processes.
• Escalate any discrepancies identified during daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury (internships considered).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow structured processes.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
• Proficiency in French for Quebec‑based positions.
