Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

ROBIC is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join its Finance team as an FP&A specialist. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will prepare financial reports, conduct complex analyses, and support strategic decision‑making across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and analyse monthly results, delivering variance analysis against budget, forecasts and prior periods.
• Produce clear, structured financial analyses and executive‑level presentations for management.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses to aid management decision‑making.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand business issues and translate them into financial insights.
• Provide occasional support to accounting during month‑end close, including journal entries, account analyses and reconciliations.

• Passion for financial analysis and a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
