Financial Analyst, FP&A – Gross Margin

About the role

ARC’TERYX is looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A – Gross Margin to join its North Vancouver office. You will support cross‑functional partners, especially Gross Margin teams, by delivering insightful KPI reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis that drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain weekly and monthly margin reporting for stakeholders using OneStream, PowerBI, Oracle and other data analysis tools.
• Review month‑end financial results, improve regional forecast accuracy, prepare variance analysis and provide clear commentary.
• Support gross margin forecasting and reporting, covering FOB costs, freight, duties, fair‑trade and owned‑manufacturing expenses.
• Partner with accounting, Amer/Group partners and manufacturing plant to investigate variances and conduct scenario analysis.
• Assist with inventory forecasting and month‑end analysis in collaboration with the Global Planning team.
• Standardize team deliverables to ensure consistency for cross‑functional partners.
• Lead decision‑analysis projects, business cases, spend deep dives and scenario modelling.
• Develop and maintain financial models for product revenue, gross margin and inventory forecasts.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial reporting, variance analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with directors, cost owners and functional teams.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership.
