Financial Accountant

About the role

Bell is seeking a motivated Financial Accountant to join the Financial Close Controller team. The role will support the transformation of the financial results close function and ensure accurate, timely reporting while partnering with business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transformation of the financial results close function through centralization and optimization.
• Partner with business unit stakeholders to understand the business and review financial results.
• Manage risks, provisions, and support internal and external reporting.
• Prepare, review, and approve month‑end transactional processes.
• Maintain the control environment and meet audit requirements.
• Lead special projects and provide guidance on new transactions, processes, and accounting standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technology opportunities, including AI‑driven solutions.
• Analyze and present financial information to drive value‑add decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or commerce.
• CPA designation.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Working knowledge of SAP‑BI and SAP‑FI.
