Finance Transformation Analyst/Consultant

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team as an Analyst/Consultant and work directly with CFO offices to drive strategic finance initiatives. You will collaborate with clients from day one, tackling complex problems, analysing data, and designing solutions that create lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support discovery workshops, steering committees and executive reviews for finance transformation projects.
• Identify improvement opportunities, translate pain points into structured problem statements and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in implementing enterprise technology solutions such as ERP, EPM and emerging Agentic AI tools.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance planning, forecasting, reporting and management information.
• Participate in operating model design, assessing structures, roles and service delivery models.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring abilities.
• Clear communication skills and ability to own deliverables.
• Comfort working in fast‑moving, collaborative environments where priorities evolve.
• Interest in finance functions and the strategic role of the CFO.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with EPM tools.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI applications in finance.
