Filler Operator

About the role

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a reliable Filler Operator to join its Richmond Hill production facility. In this role you will help ensure the efficient filling of packaged foods and beverages, supporting the company’s commitment to high‑quality, affordable products.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor filling machines according to production schedules.
• Inspect product flow and packaging for quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Record production data, report any deviations, and assist with minor equipment adjustments.
• Follow all safety, food‑safety, and GMP procedures while working on the production line.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or a similar production environment is preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work area.
